Our verified-review policy
We are a new placement service. That means we have not yet worked with enough Excelsior students to publish a meaningful set of reviews, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise. This page explains what you will and will not find here, and how we will handle reviews as real students come through.
What you will not find on this page: no invented testimonials, no made-up names, no star ratings, and no rating schema in our code that would show stars in search results before we have earned them. If you ever see a five-star average on a brand-new service, treat it as a warning sign. We will not do that.
Why there are no testimonials here yet
A testimonial is only worth reading if it came from a real person who used the service. We could easily write glowing quotes and attach stock photos to them, and plenty of sites do. We think that is dishonest, and it insults the reader. So until real Excelsior students have finished a placement with us and agreed to share their experience, this page will stay a policy page rather than a wall of quotes. When that changes, you will be able to tell, because every review will be attributable and verifiable.
How we will publish verified reviews once they exist
When students have completed placements with us, here is the process we will follow before anything appears on this page.
- We only publish a review from a student we actually placed, who confirms in writing that we may share their words.
- We attribute each review to a real, identifiable person, with the Excelsior program and capstone term they were in, so the context is clear.
- We do not edit a review to change its meaning. If we trim for length, the substance stays intact, and we will not remove a fair criticism to make ourselves look better.
- We will publish measured and mixed feedback, not just the enthusiastic notes. A page of nothing but praise is not credible, and honest reviews help future students set expectations.
- We will not add star-rating markup to this page unless and until we are presenting genuine, collected ratings from real clients, and even then only if it accurately reflects them.
What we can tell you in the meantime
What we can be specific about today is what we do and how we are set up to do it. We help Excelsior University MSN students in Nursing Education, Nursing Informatics, and Nursing Leadership and Administration source the qualified mentor, the practice-experience site, and the independent capstone project that Excelsior requires each student to arrange on their own. Excelsior provides no clinical instruction in its School of Nursing, so this legwork falls to you, and that is the gap we fill. We also help RN-to-BS students line up the practice-experience hours in that program. You pay only once your mentor and site are confirmed.
If you want to judge us before any reviews exist, the fairest way is to talk to us directly. Ask hard questions in live chat or by email, tell us your program and timeline, and see whether the plan we come back with is concrete and honest. We would rather earn a real review from you than borrow a fake one from someone who does not exist.
