Get in touch with the placement team

Tell us your Excelsior program, your city, and the term your capstone starts, and we will come back with a plan for your mentor, your practice-experience site, and your project. The fastest ways to reach us are live chat and email, and you are welcome to ask hard questions before you commit to anything.

Live chat

The quickest way to reach a real advisor. Use the chat button in the corner of any page, tell us your program and timeline, and we will tell you what lining up your mentor and site looks like.

Email

Prefer to write it out? Email us at hello@excelsiorpreceptor.com with your program, city, and capstone term. Include anything specific about your project idea or your workplace, and we will factor it into the plan.

What to include when you reach out

The more you tell us up front, the more concrete our first reply can be. You do not need all of this to start, but each detail helps us tell you what your placement will really involve.

  • Your Excelsior program, whether that is MS in Nursing Education, Nursing Informatics, Nursing Leadership and Administration, an RN-to-MS bridge, or the RN-to-BS.
  • The term your capstone or practice experience begins, so we can work back from your deadline. Four to six months of lead time is comfortable.
  • Your city or region, which shapes the practice-experience sites and the mentor pool we can draw on.
  • Any project idea you already have, and whether your own workplace might host the practice experience.

Send us your details

This form reaches the same team as live chat. We read every message and reply to plan your placement, not to add you to a marketing list. There is no obligation, and asking questions before you commit is welcome.

Independent service, not Excelsior. We use your name, email, and phone only to plan your placement and reply to you, with no spam.

If you have a question that belongs with Excelsior itself, such as your enrollment or a course grade, your Excelsior advisor is the right contact for that.
